A Christmas dinner that moves between courses

Same time every year, and this time it comes out differently. We serve a three-course Christmas menu in motion: Kölsche antipasti to start, the main course in a snug medieval vaulted cellar, dessert somewhere else again.

Between the courses, a guided walk about Christmas as this city does it — past the three best-known Cologne markets and the ice rink at Heumarkt. The atmosphere takes care of itself.
